Antoine has served as an associate for international law firms in New York City and Dallas, Texas but is currently based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He represented borrowers and lenders in connection with unsecured and secured corporate financings of both public and private companies from diverse industries, including health care and biotechnology, consumer retail, sports, media and entertainment, and more. In addition, he represents companies in connection with corporate formation, governance and compliance matters. Makeda Osbourne

Makeda Osbourne is an associate in Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP Private Funds practice. Makeda participates in advising private investment fund sponsors in connection with the formation, structuring, marketing and operation of their private investment funds. Makeda’s practice also includes advising fund sponsors generally with respect to the Federal securities laws, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Makeda has experience representing some of the largest and most well-known private fund sponsors, including Blackstone, Carlyle and KKR. Makeda received her Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is admitted to practice law in both New York and Texas.

Tasheika Hinson

Tasheika Hinson is a senior legal executive with a deep background in leading leaders and teams. She manages and directs complex litigation, directs internal investigations, and partners with senior compliance, legal, and business executives to shepherd the implementation of strategic legal advice. Her experience includes leading cross functional teams and providing strategic legal advice to Fortune 500 companies and executives in compliance, litigation, government investigations, and internal investigations. Chisara Ezie-Boncoeur

Chisara handles every phase of business disputes. She regularly represents clients from case inception through ultimate resolution, including trial, arbitration, settlement, and appeal.

Chisara offers a unique skill set from being on both sides of the docket, and has an ability to think strategically, and provide practical and reasoned advice. Within months of joining the Firm, she was asked to join a trial team, and she cross-examined witnesses in a federal antitrust litigation. Chisara first chaired a successful appeal with important implications on personal jurisdiction, and her courtroom arguments helped obtain the dismissal of fraudulent transfer claims filed against a high-end retailer.

Chisara is licensed to practice law in Texas, New York, and New Jersey. Prior to joining Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, Chisara was an associate at Fox Rothschild LLP in New York where she focused on intellectual property litigation and general litigation. Chisara works relentlessly to meet her client’s expectations and needs to deliver the best outcome for every case she handles.

Chisara previously worked as a legal intern for the United Nations Development Programme, and has lived and worked abroad in Ecuador and Liberia.

Matthew Fallings

Matthew C. Fallings focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, including residential and commercial foreclosures, REO transactions, title resolution, and ejectment actions. He represents corporate clients in both state and federal courts, utilizing his experience in litigation and settlement negotiations to achieve effective outcomes. Matthew has a strong foundation in contract law, insurance, and creditors’ rights law, and is known for helping clients feel prepared and confident, even in complex legal matters.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in 2012, where he triple-majored in Philosophy, History, and Women’s Studies. He went on to receive a Master of Arts in Philosophy and a graduate certificate in Women’s Studies from Stony Brook University in 2014, where he presented his work at philosophy conferences both nationally and internationally. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2018.

During law school, Matthew gained valuable experience as a legal intern with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Shoaf and Wencker, LLC, and the U.S. Department of Labor. He was also a finalist for the Moot Court team and served on the executive boards of both the Family Law Society and the Black Law Students Association. In 2020, he further expanded his education by earning an MBA certificate from Miami University.

Following graduation, Matthew served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jackie A. Bernard in the Blair County Court of Common Pleas, where he drafted judicial opinions and supported both criminal and civil proceedings. He later worked as a Prosecutor and Trial Attorney for the Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, handling matters involving violations of state and federal utility regulations.

Matthew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys playing chess and guitar, as well as exploring nature trails. He is originally from Centerville, Ohio.
