Raven Lewis

Raven Lewis is an associate in our Personal Injury Litigation Department. She attended DePaul College of Law at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois where she served as an associate staff member of the Black Law Students Association, Center for Public Interest Law Association, and Child and Family Law Association.

She was also honored to intern for the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, Department of Child and Family Services, Office of the Public Guardian, and the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

Her numerous internships furthered her pursuit of honing her legal skills while nurturing her desire to represent the harmed and disenfranchised.

Upon graduating from DePaul in May of 2018, Raven entered public service and was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney of Nassau County in September 2018. The District Attorney’s Office provided extensive opportunities for Raven to sharpen her advocacy and litigation skills while working on cases involving sexual assault, narcotics, armed robbery, and illegal weapon possession.

While serving the People of Nassau County, Raven’s path eventually led her towards her current career in the field of Personal Injury, explicitly focusing on the Child Victim Act, Adult Survivors Act, and Civil Rights cases.

Raven’s passions include traveling, yoga, and reading science fiction or mystery novel.

Misha Carter

“I know firsthand what it feels like to lose a loved one due to a car accident. During that time, I wish my family and I knew what our options were. Being a part of CR Legal Team allows me to Stand Up for clients going through difficult times and to be someone they can count on to act as a fierce advocate when it matters most.” Misha Henley is a personal injury attorney dedicated to providing excellent service and solutions for clients navigating their personal injury claims. Her practice focuses on cases involving serious bodily injury from automobile accidents including commercial motor vehicles and premise liability cases. Misha grew up in Kernersville, North Carolina and moved to Greensboro where she attended The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts. Falling in love with the Greensboro area, Misha decided to stay and attend law school at Elon University School of Law. While at Elon University School of Law she earned her Juris Doctor and served as the membership editor for the Elon Law Review and President of the Black Law Students Association. During her time at Elon Law, Misha was selected to participate in the North Carolina Bar Association’s Minorities in the Profession Committee 1L Summer Associate Program. While her experience ranges from multiple Fortune 500 companies including a major apparel company and a top global pharmaceutical company, Misha missed connecting with clients on a deeper level. She also missed making an impact in her community through advocating for those from underrepresented communities and advocating for those who may not be as familiar with the legal process. When she is not in the office, Misha enjoys playing tennis, shopping, and spending time with her husband, Andrew Carter, along with their miniature poodle, Coco Chanel. Maria Fleming

Maria Fleming is a senior associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation Department, based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Opioid Litigation

She served as plaintiff trial counsel in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL Bellwether trials of Lake and Trumbull Counties. In this role she was responsible for all of Plaintiffs’ exhibits to be introduced in trial and submitted to the jury.

Additionally, Ms. Fleming played an integral role in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL Bellwether settlements for Cuyahoga and Summit Counties in Ohio. She primarily handled the preparation work leading up to the trial, including motion writing and depositions.

Products Liability Litigation

As a member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee, Ms. Fleming facilitates the progress of the Exactech litigation by working with opposing counsel, and ensuring the discovery committee she serves on works with other committees to achieve justice in this litigation for her clients who have been impacted by hip and ankle manufacturer defects of this device.

Ms. Fleming was also appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Hair Relaxer litigation where she represents and advocates on behalf of African American and other minority women who have been diagnosed with uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, and/or have suffered a hysterectomy as a result of fibroids from the use of hair relaxer products.

Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik, Ms. Fleming worked as a corporate compliance analyst for a recruiting company.

She takes pride in serving her community and helping others. Ms. Fleming enjoys spending time with her son, travelling and singing in her home church.

Belinda Boone

Belinda R. Boone is Of Counsel with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Belinda graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a bachelor’s degree in political science and she then attended The New York Law School. During law school, she participated in the Black Law Students Association, and served as the Treasurer of her school’s chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. During law school, Belinda served as an intern for the Hon. Judith Scheindlin, who was the Chief Judge of the New York County Family Court and is currently known as “Judge Judy.” She also participated in her school’s legal clinic, working on discrimination cases, and forming non-profit charitable organizations. 

Since law school, Belinda has volunteered as a coach and mentor with the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Program, coaching middle school students for a tournament in Bronx County. Belinda has also volunteered as a guest judge at the Villanova Mock Trial Wildcat Invitational Competition, where she presided over undergraduate mock trials involving teams from competing schools.

Belinda has vast experience as litigation counsel and trial counsel in the field of personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and toxic tort matters.

Outside of work, Belinda enjoys attending concerts, playing the Irish tin whistle with a Traditional Irish music group, and swimming.

Jimoh Yussuf

Jimoh Yussuf is a Colorado personal injury attorney known for tenacious, detail-driven, client-first advocacy aimed at winning justice for people harmed by negligence or corporate misconduct. He handles complex injury cases involving rideshare companies and defective product manufacturers, plus trucking, car, motorcycle, boating, and powersports accidents that require deep investigation and trial strategy.
