Chloe previously worked as an associate with the complex litigation practice of a global firm headquartered in New York City, before leaving private practice to clerk for the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Prior to joining the firm, Chloe worked as an associate with a premier Washington, DC, litigation firm in its public client practice. During law school, Chloe provided pro bono legal services through Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem and The Legal Aid Society of New York, and participated in the Challenging the Consequences of Mass Incarceration Clinic at Columbia Law School.
