ShardÃ© is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Â Her practice is focused on employment litigation and counseling as well as Affordable Care Act compliance. Her experience includes advising clients on disciplinary matters and employment policies, as well as litigating a variety of employment-related matters, including issues involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, ShardÃ© worked at a California employment law firm providing employment litigation services and counseling advice to private schools and public sector employers, including counties, cities, and special districts. ShardÃ© received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School where she was the Lead Outside Articles Editor for theÂ Journal of Law and Inequality. ShardÃ© is the Corresponding Secretary for the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, Inc.
