Taylor Reed concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and defense of skilled nursing facilities. Taylor began her practice working at a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm, handling all facets of litigation, including trying 12 cases to jury verdicts in the Dallas‒Fort Worth metropolitan area. Taylor has built on those skills by transitioning into handling complex commercial disputes involving contract disputes, mergers and acquisitions, bad faith, fraud, and conspiracy, as well as maintaining an active practice defending skilled nursing facilities in suits for personal injury and wrongful death.
Taylor clerked for the Honorable Eric V. Moye, 14th Civil District Court for the State of Texas, and the Honorable Justice James R. Winchester of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. She was the recipient of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation Chapman-Rogers Scholarship, the Oklahoma City Association of Black Lawyers McKinley Rowan Memorial Scholarship, and the Fellers Snider Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship. Taylor was included in The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for Texas.
