Dadren Babineaux focuses his practice on lending and project finance in various industries, including representing institutional lenders and corporate borrowers in matters involving secured credit facilities and acquisition financing.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Dadren worked as in-house associate counsel with J.P. Morgan. He also interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Office of the Honorable C. Darnell Jones II in the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania.
