Keiara was born and raised in the Metro- Detroit area. She moved to Las Vegas upon completing high school and has remained out west since. She attended law school in Orange County, California where she graduated holding the most leadership positions in the history of Whittier Law School and received a Dean’s citation upon commencement for her academic excellence and servant leadership. Keiara’s passions include public service, poetry, and international travel. She and her husband have just welcomed their first baby boy and share two adventurous dobermans. She is an avid reader and shoe collector.
