Michael K. Acquah’s practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes and complex litigation, including intellectual property and cross-border disputes.
Mr. Acquah has experience in various stages of litigation and investigations, including trial, dispositive motion practice, and depositions.
Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, Mr. Acquah clerked for the Honorable Beverly Reid O'Connell in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In 2015, Mr. Acquah studied international and comparative law at Sciences Po Law School in Paris, France, including courses in international commercial arbitration and European finance law. He is fluent in German, and proficient in Spanish and French.
During law school, Mr. Acquah served as an editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation.
