Carra Rentie

Carra Rentie is an associate in McKool Smith's Dallas office. Carra is a versatile litigator with a range of experience in patent and complex commercial cases. Much of her recent work has been concentrated in the technology and telecommunications spheres.  

Carra has previously served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Leroy M. Not Afraid of the Crow Tribal Courts in Big Horn County, Montana, Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th District Court in Dallas, and Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver of the Northern District of Texas. In 2021, Carra also took a year away from private practice to clerk for the Honorable Barbara Lynn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

While in law school, Carra was active in the Native American Law Student Association and participated in the Supreme Court litigation for McGirt v. Oklahoma. She was the recipient of the Leon M. Cain Community Leadership Award, graduated with Highest Pro Bono Distinction, and served as an editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. She also served as an extern for the American Civil Liberties Union Immigrant Rights Project, and the Stanford Community Law Clinic. 

Carra is fluent in Spanish and conversational in American Sign Language.

Francesca McGuire

Francesca joined Rower LLC in 2023 and works on all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including financial divorces, custody, and prenuptial agreements. Drawing from her background in corporate law, she values helping clients through contract drafting processes that are both transactional and collaborative. She maintains an active pro bono practice in New York and works with low-income individuals on matters related to divorce, child custody, and domestic violence. Prior to joining Rower, Francesca was a corporate associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Mintz LLP. She focused her practice on capital markets transactions and leveraged finance. She represented public and private companies in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, and healthcare. In her pro bono practice at Mintz LLP, Francesca represented several clients seeking asylum in the United States, and her passion for individual advocacy led her to transition to matrimonial and family law. Francesca graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY, summa cum laude, with a degree in journalism. She later attended Albany Law School, from which she received her JD in 2019, magna cum laude. She graduated as a Pro Bono Scholar for her commitment to working on behalf of marginalized and underrepresented groups at the Office of the Federal Public Defender. While in law school, she was a teaching assistant in Constitutional Law. She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.

Ashley C. Jemison, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at The Law Offices of Sobo & Sobo.

Ashley has over four years of experience in personal injury, including but not limited to: motor vehicle accidents, slip & falls, trip & falls mass tort litigation, sexual assault, and personal injury claims filed against federal and state government agencies. A Philadelphia native born to Jamaican parents, Ashley’s passion for advocacy and commitment to justice have shaped her career as an attorney.

Tamika Jude

Tamika Grace Jude, Esq. is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey. (If you are located in another state, don't worry. Immigration law is Federal and Attorney Jude is able to practice Immigration Law in all 50 states.) Attorney Jude is an immigrant from the beautiful island of Dominica in the Caribbean. As an immigrant herself, she is very familiar with the immigration process. After completing her Associates Degrees at the Dominica State College, she attended the University of the Virgin Islands where she pursued two Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She was very passionate about immigration law and went on to Barry University-Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor and a Litigation Honors Certificate. Attorney Jude served as an Associate Editor for the Barry University Environmental Earth Law Journal, served within the Student Bar Association as a senator for all three years of law school, worked in the Immigration Clinic, was a member of the Trial Team and was on the executive board of multiple student organizations on campus including the Immigration Law Society and is a member of Phi Alpha Delta. She was also the recipient of an immigration stipend from Barry University. While at law school she volunteered with a small law firm in Orlando Florida and participated in free naturalization clinics for the community. Since graduation, she served as a law clerk for an immigration firm in Vienna, Virginia. These experiences have equipped her with the knowledge necessary to be a successful immigration attorney. She has filed multiple petitions, represented clients in removal proceedings and prides herself on providing excellent customer service and always being available to her clients.
