Ms. Casondra Turner is a Milberg Senior Counsel with over a decade of experience practicing law, whose primary area of focus involves Information Technology class action matters.
Ms. Turner began practicing law at an AmLaw 50 firm where she defended large institutions in securities fraud class actions and white-collar criminal matters including bribery and off-label device promotion.
After, she became a clerk for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, where she drafted opinions on countless legal issues. She went on to practice civil defense litigation for another AmLaw-rated firm, where she helped clients resolve contentious financial disputes through successful motions and persuasive negotiations.
Throughout the course of her career, she has successfully handled numerous pro bono matters, helping clients obtain asylum, expunge their criminal records, and obtain executive pardons, as well as preparing donor materials for non-profit fundraising initiatives.
Ms. Turner received her J.D. from Boston University Law School, where she was an editor for the International Law Journal and the External Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. During law school, she co-founded a non-profit to provide micro-loans in Central Africa and addressed educational disparities through the UCLA Civil Rights Project. While enrolled, she also worked for an immigration law firm, drafting more than twenty briefs for clients seeking asylum and waivers of inadmissibility. She also participated in the law school’s Human Trafficking Clinic, helping women and children obtain immigration status after they had been trafficked.
She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in just three and a half years, earning dual Bachelor’s degrees in History and International Affairs with honors (and a minor in Spanish).
Today, her inspiration is rooted in making a difference in the lives of others and discovering creative solutions to complex legal issues. She is an Adjunct Professor at Albany State University, where she teaches Criminal Justice and Business Law to undergraduate and Master’s level students. She was awarded Adjunct Professor of the Year in 2023 for her work in reestablishing the prelaw program and helping students prepare for the LSAT and gain admission to law school.
A vigorous advocate for human and civil rights, she is a current board member of the Celia Newsom Legacy Foundation.
Ms. Turner is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Georgia.
Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, exploring small cities, and soaking in new cultural experiences abroad with her husband and two sons.
Sharon Reece Gleason, J.D., is an Attorney at the Yost Legal Group. As a first-generation Caribbean-American raised in Bryn Mawr, PA, Sharon completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, with an emphasis in Health Law. She has devoted the majority of her legal career to health-related matters involving physician contracting, medical malpractice, product liability, and complex multi-plaintiff toxic tort litigation.
Sharon began her career in healthcare/medical malpractice risk management. As part of a risk management insurance program, she contributed to the review and compliance of various measures to lessen the risk of medical malpractice claims and/or strengthen the facilitation of successful defenses in litigation.
Sharon subsequently worked as a civil litigator for several years at one of Maryland’s largest personal injury firms. In that capacity, she represented victims of harmful environmental exposure and toxic tort injuries. Her passion and dedication to her work helped lead to the recovery of frequent noteworthy settlements on behalf of her clients.
Sharon’s current practice is primarily twofold. She focuses on personal injury cases stemming from catastrophic motor vehicle accidents and mass tort product liability cases consolidated into multi-district litigations (MDLs) – specifically, mass torts involving dangerous medications and defective medical devices. Her work and involvement in mass tort MDLs have been – and continue to be – integral to the recovery of millions of dollars on behalf of her clients, whose lives have been indelibly marked by severe, life-changing injuries.
Sharon has been the recipient of several awards and honors for her academic and professional excellence and commitment to public service.
She is admitted to practice law in both the state and federal courts of Maryland. She is also an active member of the American Health Law Association (AHLA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the American Association for Justice (AAJ), National Black Lawyers (NBL), Women En Mass (WEM), the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ), and the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA).

Maryssa Hardy joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2026 and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in a wide range of complex business disputes, bringing experience from both government service and the courtroom to her practice.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Maryssa served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Florida Attorney General’s Office. In that role, she litigated a variety of civil matters on behalf of the State of Florida, its agencies, and public officials. Her practice included representing clients in both state and federal courts, where she handled cases from initial filings through trial and appeal.
Maryssa has experience navigating all stages of litigation and is skilled in legal research, motion practice, and appellate advocacy. Her background in public sector litigation provides her with a strong foundation in analyzing complex legal issues and developing strategic, results-driven solutions for her clients.
During law school, Maryssa gained valuable experience working with multiple state agencies and serving as a judicial intern for both a federal district court judge and a magistrate judge in Florida. These roles provided her with insight into judicial decision-making and further strengthened her legal writing and analytical abilities.
Outside of the office, Maryssa enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
