David Duncan

David M. Duncan is an associate in the Corporate Department, a recipient of Proskauer’s Silver Scholar award and a member of the Private Equity Transactions/Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

David earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2022, where he attended as the Adrian E. and Anne L. Dollard Scholar. While at Duke, David served as the Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and as a member of the Young Trustees Nominating Committee.

David received his B.A. cum laude from Elon University in 2019, where his thesis project earned $10,000 in grant funding under Elon’s Leadership Prize and was later selected for publication in the International Journal of Qualitative Studies on Health and Well-being.

Brenton Browne

Brenton Browne is an associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation.

Before joining the firm, Brenton served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stewart D. Aaron of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He was previously an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Brenton graduated from Columbia University School of Law where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with Minors in Economics and History from the University of North Texas. While there, Brenton was the President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Treasurer and Executive Councilor for the nationally ranked Moot Court Team.

Antonio Milton

Antonio X. Milton is an appellate lawyer originally hailing from Southwest Louisiana. Mr. Milton represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts. His representative experience includes Jones Act, RICO Act, breach of contract, professional responsibility, business tort, and personal injury cases on both sides of the “v.”

Prior to joining AZA, Mr. Milton clerked for the Hon. Carl E. Stewart of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for the Hon. Nannette Jolivette Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He utilizes this experience working in judges’ chambers to benefit his clients through efficient and effective advocacy.

Mr. Milton graduated with honors from the Tulane University Law School, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 96 of the Tulane Law Review. During law school, Antonio’s interest in appellate law developed after he completed internships preparing appeals for individuals convicted by non-unanimous jury verdicts seeking post-conviction relief.
