A. Tyrone Glover is a seasoned trial lawyer representing clients facing a wide variety of legal issues. His areas of practice include criminal defense, civil litigation, civil rights, and business transactions. He has served hundreds of clients and handled multiple high stakes cases in both state and federal courts including white collar financial crimes, homicides, assaults, drug cases, and organized crime, achieving many favorable outcomes for his clients including, acquittals, case dismissals, suppressions by the court, and significantly mitigated sentences.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Glover worked for Fortune 500 and S&P 500 companies where he specialized in securities trading, insurance policies, mortgages, and banking. He also fronted and trained new technology implementations and roll-outs for these same companies. Tyrone has transferred his business background to advise clients on matters pertaining to corporate law, and civil and criminal litigation in the financial services, travel, marijuana, and sports and entertainment industries.
Tyrone is a born fighter and strong advocate for those in need of someone willing to passionately defend and protect their rights and interests. The son of parents and grandparents who fought hard for equality and justice long before these principles were universally guaranteed, Tyrone continued in that tradition by becoming a public defender and serving the Denver area underprivileged with distinction – earning “Bootcamp Lawyer of the Year” recognition in 2012.
Tyrone honed many of the admirable qualities he displays in his tireless case preparation during his time spent as a professional mixed martial arts fighter. The qualities of being able to maintain a sense of calm, focus and preparedness in chaotic situations not only led Tyrone to an undefeated professional fighting record and recognition as one of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the country but also informed his ability to successfully fight for his clients.
Tyrone is a 5280 Top Lawyer, Super Lawyers Rising Star, Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyer, and a Top 40 under 40 Black Trial Lawyer.
Outside the office, Tyrone serves as a board member for the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and the Public Policy Committee Chair for the Sam Cary (African American) Bar Association where he was also its Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year (2015). He is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training 2015 class.
