I have had the privilege of working in the field of Worker’s Compensation since 2021. My style of advocacy includes aggressive defense of client interests and maximizing cost-effective strategies for successful case resolution.
After receiving my bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, I obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Corporate Entrepreneurship from California State University, Long Beach. Subsequently, I graduated summa cum laude from Western State College of Law in Fullerton and have been a member of the California State Bar since December 2017.
Prior to defending insurance carriers and employers, I gained experience as an Applicant Attorney. This has enabled me to understand both sides of the Worker’s Compensation field and maximize the utility of an informed approach to securing expeditious settlements that take all applicable legal defenses into account. I have gained ample experience applying in-depth knowledge of case law to each case and am able to communicate the totality of potential liability exposure to clients. Throughout my legal career, I have achieved settlements that align with my clients’ interests, leveraging my expertise to navigate complex legal landscapes. My in-depth understanding of the AMA Guides has also been effective when cross-examining QMEs, and has resulted in amended reports favoring my clients’ positions.
Outside of the office, I relish spending time with my incredible husband and our two highly energetic sons. Zumba and Yoga are my go-to when it comes to staying active enough to keep up with my kiddos. An ideal weekend for me includes going to movies, exploring new restaurants, and going on local OC adventures at different parks and museums with friends and family.
