Katia Wilson

Attorney Katia L. Wilson is dedicated to serving her clients and community, driven by an unwavering commitment to justice. A native of Tallahassee, Florida, and a distinguished three-time graduate of Florida A&M University, Ms. Wilson earned her J.D. from FAMU College of Law in 2015. In 2021, she established her own practice—a pivotal step in her career following considerable field experience, including serving as lead counsel in a victorious 2nd Degree Murder trial. Based in Orlando, Florida, her practice proudly serves Central Florida and surrounding areas while taking on select, serious criminal cases in North Florida.

Justin Scott

Justin O. Scott represents management in a broad range of employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower complaints, disability accommodation and FMLA issues, wage and hour issues, and employment contract disputes. Justin has represented clients in both state and federal courts and administrative agencies at the federal, state, and local level, including the Florida Commission on Human Relations and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). He also has experience litigating disputes involving covenants not to compete.
Prior to joining Littler, Justin was an associate at a national law firm focused on labor and employment law. He began his career as an assistant public defender for the 13th Judicial Circuit, where he represented hundreds of clients in county and circuit level criminal court, including several dispositive hearings and jury trials culminating in verdicts.
While in law school, Justin served as a president of the Labor and Employment Law Association. He also completed a legal internship with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Tampa, Florida. He was a member of Stetson University College of Law's nationally recognized trial team, where he competed in several competitions across the nation and has been recognized nationally as Best Advocate in competition.

Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson, Esq. is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida. She is truly proud of being reared in such a close-knit community, and is honored to serve the residents of Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, and Orange counties. She graduated from Mainland High School in 1993, and attended Daytona State College and Bethune-Cookman University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Education. She was a teacher for Volusia County School Board and an adjunct instructor for Daytona State College. She graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, cum laude, where she earned several awards including a Book Award for Legal Writing and Book Award for Negotiations. Attorney Johnson interned at the Fifth District Court of Appeal for the now Florida Supreme Court Justice, A. Lawson. She participated in the James C. Adkins American Inn of Court and was a member of the legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. Following law school, Attorney Johnson worked for the largest civil law firm on Central Florida's east coast before opening Johnson Law Center PLLC.

 

Attorney Johnson loves spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys speaking and giving seminars on matters related to Probate and Real Estate Law throughout Central Florida.

Stacey Prince-Troutman

Stacey Prince-Troutman works with individuals and families in probate, trusts and estates, and transfer tax controversy matters and has significant experience working with business owners and professional athletes. 

Stacey focuses her practice on administering estates and trusts; planning for wealth transfer and transfer tax minimization; preparing gift and estate tax returns; drafting sophisticated estate plan documents; drafting documents related to the formation, management, and succession of closely held entities; asset protection planning; and forming and obtaining tax exempt-status for 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, as well as addressing issues related to the governance and management of the entity. She frequently advises clients on fundraising, tax compliance, and crafting meaningful charitable giving strategies.

Active in the community and profession, Stacey frequently speaks on asset protection topics as well as conducting seminars on estate planning issues. She is a past member of the board of directors for the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.

Christina Brooks

Christina N. Brooks has a heart of service on behalf of the “least of these.” Her professional career has mirrored her passion for service. As a result of Christina’s commitment to her community, she began her professional career as a Teacher and Administrative Dean for Title 1 (minority/disadvantaged students) in Orange County Public Schools. Dedicating her time and efforts has resulted in Christina mastering essential communication and advocacy skills that have served as a basis for her career as an attorney.
Christina is a native of Orlando and a graduate of Maynard Evans High School. She is a proud graduate of Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development. Of note, while working full-time in the public school system, Christina obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management, as well as completed her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law.
Christina’s commitment to public service continued as she transitioned to the practice of law. She began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit (Orange and Osceola counties). As a prosecutor, she gained valuable trial experience in County court and Circuit court having tried numerous cases to verdict. Christina also gained experience with motion practice and negotiations in her role as an Assistant State Attorney.
Having fulfilled her passion for service and building on her experience with the State Attorney’s office, Christina evolved her career path to civil litigation by working for a nationwide civil defense firm in Orlando, FL. Her involvement in civil litigation culminated in Christina gaining exposure to cases involving general liability, personal injury protection (PIP) claims, investigations, insurance coverage disputes, and other issues giving rise to liability actions for personal injury.
Accomplishments
The time Christina dedicated to defending cases on behalf of corporations and insurance carriers is invaluable as it provides her with a clear understanding of how claims are assessed and valued. The indispensable knowledge gained as an Insurance Defense lawyer will result in maximum compensation for her clients as an Associate at Osborne & Francis, PLLC. To date, Christina has generated millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of injured clients.
In her free time, Christina enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, volunteering with local non-profit groups, and indulging in the foodie culture. Christina serves as a Guardian ad Litem with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar, helping advocate for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. Christina is a member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., as well as a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, P.H.A.
