Dallas Hawkins is an Associate in the Firm’s Cleveland office. She is a member of the firm’s Auto Warranty Claims, Premises Liability, and TCPA Claims.
Prior to joining Sutter O’ Connell, Dallas served as an assistant prosecutor for the City of Cleveland in the Domestic Violence Unit. While handling a significant caseload, her work involved preparing and presenting cases in court, negotiating plea agreements, and working closely with law enforcement to gather evidence. Following her litigation experience as a prosecutor, Dallas entered the civil arena with a focus on workers compensation, mediation, and case presentation before the Industrial Commission of Ohio. Dallas utilizes her legal experience to provide a balanced and strategic approach to advocacy for her clients.
Dallas is a graduate of Atlanta John Marshall University, where she served as a peer mentor, president of Christian Legal Society and a recipient of the Cali Award for Legal Research and Writing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University.

Jzinae represents various clients in employment litigation in federal and state courts. With experience as both first and second chair, she deftly manages cases from inception to resolution, ensuring her clients are well-prepared at every stage. Jzinae navigates complex workplace disputes, skillfully representing employers in matters such as employee benefits, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, and trade secrets.
Jzinae's expertise extends beyond litigation; she adeptly handles contract and discharge arbitrations and negotiates collective bargaining agreements with labor unions. She also represents employers in administrative proceedings before federal and state agencies, providing a comprehensive approach to employment law.
In addition, Jzinae advises employers on the full spectrum of legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship and provides guidance on day-to-day employment issues. Her practice includes providing tailored guidance on employee policies and handbooks, as well as drafting a wide range of employment agreements, including severance, arbitration, and noncompetition agreements.

Matthew specializes in corporate transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions; he also counsels clients on an array of other corporate matters, including entity formation, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
Matthew has experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of transaction documents, including asset and stock purchase agreements, various ancillary documents, and complex operating agreements.
