Matthew Fallings

Matthew C. Fallings focuses his practice on creditors’ rights, including residential and commercial foreclosures, REO transactions, title resolution, and ejectment actions. He represents corporate clients in both state and federal courts, utilizing his experience in litigation and settlement negotiations to achieve effective outcomes. Matthew has a strong foundation in contract law, insurance, and creditors’ rights law, and is known for helping clients feel prepared and confident, even in complex legal matters.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in 2012, where he triple-majored in Philosophy, History, and Women’s Studies. He went on to receive a Master of Arts in Philosophy and a graduate certificate in Women’s Studies from Stony Brook University in 2014, where he presented his work at philosophy conferences both nationally and internationally. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2018.

During law school, Matthew gained valuable experience as a legal intern with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, Shoaf and Wencker, LLC, and the U.S. Department of Labor. He was also a finalist for the Moot Court team and served on the executive boards of both the Family Law Society and the Black Law Students Association. In 2020, he further expanded his education by earning an MBA certificate from Miami University.

Following graduation, Matthew served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Jackie A. Bernard in the Blair County Court of Common Pleas, where he drafted judicial opinions and supported both criminal and civil proceedings. He later worked as a Prosecutor and Trial Attorney for the Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement at the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, handling matters involving violations of state and federal utility regulations.

Matthew is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys playing chess and guitar, as well as exploring nature trails. He is originally from Centerville, Ohio.

Gloria Chibueze-Azinge

Gloria Chibueze-Azinge is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Professional Background

Prior to joining the firm, Gloria was a summer associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. She also served as a summer associate at a steel corporation and a financial services institution. During law school, Gloria served as an extern for the Honorable Cathy Bissoon of the United States Western District of Pennsylvania. She was a Teaching Assistant for Contracts, Legislation & Regulation, and Legal Research & Writing. Gloria also competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where her team placed 7th out of over 300 teams.

Gloria serves as a mentor for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law BLSA Footprints Mentorship Program and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Bobbi Britton Tucker

Bobbi devotes her practice to representing employers in a wide variety of employment and labor-related matters, and defending employers' interests before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and labor arbitrators. Having worked for 10 years as a professional in the field of human resources, Bobbi is able to uniquely understand clients’ needs and issues, and provide both a practical and legal approach to employee and labor relations. Bobbi also regularly counsels employers and trains managers on a variety of personnel-related issues including anti-discrimination; hiring, evaluating and disciplining/discharging employees; performance coaching and counseling; conducting effective complaint investigations; diversity and inclusion; implicit bias; drafting employee handbooks and employment agreements; non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; and wage and hour compliance. Additionally, Bobbi works with in-house counsel, human resources managers, and executives on implementing proactive employee and labor relations practices, to avoid unnecessary litigation and to develop and sustain a positive and productive team of employees. Bobbi is an adjunct professor of law for the University of Pittsburgh School of Law's Human Resources Law Online Graduate Certificate Program. In addition, she serves as co-chair of Cozen O'Connor's Black Attorney Resource Group. Bobbi is also secretary of the Allegheny County Bar Association Labor & Employment Section Council, and member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). Much of Bobbi's pro bono activities are focused on working with the Neighborhood Legal Services Association, Protection from Abuse Project. Bobbi received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Taisha Tolliver-Duran

Taisha K. Tolliver-Duran is an Associate with the firm where she focuses her practice in the areas of litigation and insurance defense law. Since her arrival at the firm, she has also been handling zoning enforcement matters and unemployment compensation matters. Attorney Tolliver-Duran brings an extensive background in litigation to the firm, most recently serving as a Fraud Litigation Associate at Pringle Quinn Anzano in New Jersey where she represented insurers in the investigation and civil prosecution of claims of insurance fraud. She has been named a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star. Ms. Tolliver-Duran is also an adjunct professor of Civil Law and Litigation Practices as well as Human Rights Law at Rowan University. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Rowan University, and earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law where she was named Trial Advocacy’s Best Advocate and served as Secretary of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
