Lauryn Robinson-Young

Lauryn is an associate in the Austin office. Tiffany Walker-Killip

Tiffany Walker-Killip is a proud native Houstonian with deep roots in the city she calls home. A lifelong competitor and leader, Tiffany first distinguished herself in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she attended college as captain of the volleyball team and an Academic All-American. Her love for the city inspired her to remain there for law school, where she excelled academically, graduating in the top third of her class.

Since then, Tiffany has built a dynamic and diverse litigation practice marked by intelligence, tenacity, and results. She clerked for numerous judges, gaining invaluable insight into courtroom dynamics and judicial decision-making. Tiffany has handled cases throughout a variety of practice areas, including: construction and construction defect, toxic mold, premises liability and negligence, workers’ compensation, Defense Base Act and other maritime issues, and presently handles a diverse docket representing international retailers and small business owners.

Today, Tiffany focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, where her ability to think quickly on her feet, dissect challenging legal issues, and connect with judges and juries has led to dozens of successful summary judgments in both federal and state courts, as well as numerous defense verdicts at trial.

Dale Wainwright

Dale Wainwright, Co-Chair of the firm's National Appeals & Legal Issues Group and Chair of the Texas Appellate Practice, has more than three decades of experience. He represents clients in complex commercial, energy, and administrative disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and is frequently engaged to handle precedent-setting and high-stakes appeals.

He handles briefing and oral argument in trial and appellate courts, structures appeals and mandamus proceedings for success, and counsels clients on litigation strategy, error preservation at trial, jury charge preparation, post-verdict proceedings, and analysis of the trial record for appellate potential.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Dale served on the Texas Supreme Court for 10 years, authoring more than 125 opinions. Elected to the Supreme Court in 2002, he was the third-longest-serving member of the court at the time of his return to private practice.

Dale began his judicial career in 1999 when he was appointed by Governor George W. Bush to preside over the 334th Civil Judicial District Court in Houston, Texas. As judge of the 334th District Court, he resolved 3,000 cases and presided over more than 100 trials.
