Ra’Nesha earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and managed companies for over 13 years before transitioning to the legal field. She graduated cum laude from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, she served on various committees and legal clinics, worked as a teaching assistant for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Professor, competed on the National Trial Team, and received Best Advocate at the Moot Court Competition.

In her personal time, Ra’Nesha enjoys spending time with her children and traveling anywhere with a beach and good food. She also loves coffee, dancing, and listening to gospel music.
