Brandon Sapp is currently the Founding Partner of Brandon Sapp Law PLLC. Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, he completed both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Florida. While attending the University of Florida College of Law, Brandon served as President of the Black Law Students Association and later on the Law College Council.

After law school, Brandon moved to Orlando and joined the Law Offices of Robert Wesley, Public Defender of the Ninth Judicial Circuit. There, he represented indigent clients, litigated cases, and tried jury trials on a wide range of offenses, from misdemeanors to capital felonies. He later worked for a large defense firm, handling bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and subsequently for one of the largest personal injury firms in the United States, gaining experience with plaintiff’s premises liability and personal injury claims. Today, Brandon handles various personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death, in addition to criminal defense matters.

Brandon is very active in the legal community at both the local and state levels. He is a Past President of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association, as well as a Past Ninth Circuit Board of Governors member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. Currently, he serves as a Board Member of the OCBA Executive Council, a Board Member of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, a member of the University of Florida Law Alumni Council, Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Wm. Reece Smith Jr. Leadership Academy, and an appointee to the Ninth Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel. He was recently honored with the Orange County Bar Association Lawrence G. Mathews Jr. Young Lawyer Professionalism Award.

Brandon’s dedication to his clients and the legal community has earned him numerous awards and recognition, including Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (2018–2024), Florida Trend Legal Elite “Up and Comer” (2019–2021), Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” (2021–2023), Orlando Family Magazine Awesome Attorney for Civil Litigation (2021), and the National Bar Association Young Lawyers Division “Young Lawyer of the Week” (2021).
