Sharnett has a varied background including working as Senior Assistant General Counsel for the state of Florida enforcing regulatory and compliance standards, and later in multiple law firms as a civil litigator for various insurance companies. Sharnett currently serves as Corporate Counsel for Greenway Health, LLC, a healthcare software company. In her current role she drafts and manages client and vendor contracts, negotiates and resolves disputes, and works inter-departmentally on process improvement initiatives.
In all her roles Sharnett has prided herself on building lasting relationships with her clients through excellent communication, integrity, and persistent attention to detail to help identify potential risks and mitigate them accordingly.
Sharnett lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband, daughter, and French bulldog, Storm. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to various genres of music, cooking, and reading.
