Kimberly Waters

Kimberly Waters focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters before state and federal courts, including antitrust, securities, and commercial contract disputes.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly served as a law clerk for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She previously worked as an associate at another international law firm. Before her legal career, Kimberly served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Elementary Schools at Uncommon Schools and was a Fulbright Fellow in Brazil.
