David M. Duncan is an associate in the Corporate Department, a recipient of Proskauer’s Silver Scholar award and a member of the Private Equity Transactions/Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
David earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2022, where he attended as the Adrian E. and Anne L. Dollard Scholar. While at Duke, David served as the Co-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and as a member of the Young Trustees Nominating Committee.
David received his B.A. cum laude from Elon University in 2019, where his thesis project earned $10,000 in grant funding under Elon’s Leadership Prize and was later selected for publication in the International Journal of Qualitative Studies on Health and Well-being.
