Member Details

Beasley Allen - Montgomery
Montgomery, AL
(800) 898-2034

Aigner Kolom joined Beasley Allen in 2015 and is currently focusing on cases involving hair relaxers.

Aigner is deeply committed to community service, whether volunteering at legal clinics, offering guidance to those who can’t afford representation, or being a resource for individuals navigating the complex legal system. She takes pride in making meaningful connections and providing compassionate legal support to those in need. Since 2020, Aigner has been recognized on the Midsouth Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, which honors top young attorneys under 40 or those with 10 years or less of practice. Additionally, she has been named to The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list and was included in the 2026 edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in the Mass Tort field.

Recognizing her empathy and problem-solving skills from a young age, Aigner’s father believed she would be an excellent advocate. His inspiration led her to pursue a career in law with passion and purpose. Every day, Aigner strives to honor her father’s vision by being an attorney who listens, cares, and fights for those in need. One of the most memorable cases of her legal career is the one she is currently working on involving hair relaxers. As a former user of these products, and with many family members who have also used them, this case is incredibly personal to her. It’s not just about the legal battle; it’s about advocating for justice and accountability in an industry that has long targeted minority communities. Understanding the cultural significance and health impacts of these products fuels her passion to represent those who have been affected.

Aigner is deeply involved in various professional organizations, including the Alabama State Bar, American Association for Justice, and Federal Bar Association. She holds leadership roles such as President of the Alabama Lawyers Association, Vice President of the Black Women Lawyers Association of Alabama, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Additionally, she co-chairs the Montgomery County Bar Association Mentoring Program, serves as Parliamentarian for the Capital City Bar Association, and is a past President of the Montgomery County Bar Association Women’s Section. Aigner also serves on the Board of Directors for Hope Inspired Ministries and The Grove. Most recently, she was elected as the National Bar Association’s regional deputy director for Region 11.

Outside of law, Aigner has a passion for traveling. Exploring the world allows her to experience different cultures, witness diverse landscapes, and gain unique insights into global legal systems. She loves learning about how other regions approach legal challenges and finding inspiration from their solutions. Her personal goal is to visit 50 countries by the time she turns 40, embracing each journey as a chance to grow personally and professionally. When she is not traveling, Aigner cherishes spending time with her two children, Destini and Cameron. She enjoys attending her son’s baseball games and engaging in activities that interest them.
