Emerson Kenneth Lovell is an associate in Herrick's Real Estate Department where he works on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing and ground leasing of single assets and portfolios of multifamily, retail, mixed-use, industrial and office properties.
Emerson works with borrowers and lenders in construction, mortgage, mezzanine and other financing transactions. He reviews organizational documents and diligence items, and drafts loan agreements and ancillary loan documents.
Additionally, he assists in representing landlords and tenants in ground leases, commercial leases and subleases for office and retail use. He reviews subleases, development agreements, management agreements, licenses, title documents and surveys, estoppels, SNDAs, material contracts and organizational documents.
