Brandon is a commercial real estate attorney and focuses his practice on representing real estate developers, landlords and lenders through a wide variety of property-related matters in locations across the country. His experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing and analyzing due diligence, and guiding clients through closings of acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
Brandon earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2020, and he has a B.A. in Professional and Technical Writing from Auburn University.
