April A. Robinson, Esq. has tried more than 70 jury trials to verdict in Georgia’s State and Superior Courts, establishing her as a seasoned trial attorney with a rare courtroom insight that informs her strategic approach to law and business. She is the Founder and Managing Attorney of The Elevation Law Firm, LLC where Robinson leads a practice representing executives, business owners, companies, and corporate leadership in complex disputes and high-stakes business deals.
Throughout her litigation career, she has secured top-tier jury verdicts and strategic victories from the courtroom to the boardroom. Her courtroom experience extends to federal and appellate practice, where she has shaped outcomes through incisive strategy and persuasive advocacy. Drawing on more than a decade of courtroom and corporate experience, Robinson advises businesses, executives, and founders on legal strategy, risk management, and how to grow and protect their businesses.
Before founding The Elevation Law Firm, Robinson represented Fortune 500 insurance companies in high-exposure litigation. She was later appointed as Supervising Assistant District Attorney to oversee a multimillion-dollar civil asset forfeiture property portfolio, where she led valuation assessments and analyzed the economic impact of property seizures on local redevelopment efforts.
Robinson previously held the role of Associate General Counsel for a global medical device company, where she negotiated international contracts and advised on regulatory compliance and intellectual property strategy. Her law practice operates at the intersection of litigation strategy and business advisory, allowing clients to approach disputes and growth decisions from both legal and commercial perspectives.
Beyond the courtroom, Robinson is also the CEO of Beverly Hills Business Consultants, LLC, where she advises executives, corporate leadership, and business owners on governance, regulatory compliance, international business, and profit-driven monetization strategy.
Robinson earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and completed Executive Education at Harvard Kennedy School. She holds dual degrees in Political Science and International Studies from Spelman College. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts across Georgia and provides legal and business consulting services nationally and internationally.
Outside the courtroom, Robinson is on the board of Distinguished Young Ladies, a 501(c)(3) non‑profit dedicated to academic achievement, positive mentorship, and life skills development for young women.
