Allison Houston focuses her practice on financial transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated and direct lending transactions, including leveraged acquisitions and investments, refinancings and incremental financings.
Allison joined Bracewell from an international law firm, where she represented investment banks, direct lenders, agents, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with a broad range of transactions.
During law school, Allison served as a Senate Judiciary law clerk for then-Senator Kamala Harris. She also completed internships with MSNBC and CNN related to legal news programming and production.
