Brittani A. Jackson represents clients in a broad range of matters, including mass tort litigation, commercial contract disputes, employment and partnership disputes, privacy issues, trade secret misappropriation, shareholder activism, corporate governance, antitrust, and securities litigation. She has also represented clients in investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and various state Attorneys General and has spearheaded numerous internal corporate investigations. Ms. Jackson regularly counsels clients and provides guidance related to overarching trial and litigation strategy. From aggressive motion practice to securing favorable settlements after strategic discovery efforts, her efforts have gained her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

She recently participated in the Trial Advocacy Project at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where she was the lead trial attorney in a criminal case.

  • Represented the Houston Astros in a dispute related to the alleged sign-stealing conduct.

  • Represented the founder and partner of a personal injury law firm in a dispute concerning issues of corporate governance and control.
