While Michelle Skinner’s practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law, her practice focuses on patent and copyright infringement litigation. She has litigated cases in federal district courts across the country and represented clients before the International Trade Commission. Ms. Skinner previously served as the primary legal advisor to the world’s largest online health resource specifically targeted to African Americans. Drawing on her educational background in mechanical engineering and business administration, Ms. Skinner represents clients in a variety of disciplines, including electrical and computer systems and wireless technologies. She also helps these clients protect their intellectual property in the online world.
