Mr. Hagans represents clients throughout New York and New Jersey on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including general products liability and toxic torts. He also has experience in general liability matters, where he has drafted and successfully argued dispositive and pre-trial motions.
Prior to joining Gibbons, Mr. Hagans was an associate in the General Liability Group of another New Jersey firm, where his practice focused on defending such claims as motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, and negligent construction and repair.
