Attorney David Godsey is a shareholder and co-founder of Godsey Martin and IJustGotHit.com. David’s prior experience in the auto insurance industry gives him an edge over many other personal injury lawyers. After working in corporate America for one of the Nation’s largest auto insurance carriers, David became displeased with how individuals were being treated by large insurance companies. Using that as motivation, he went to law school with the vision of starting a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. His experience as an insurance adjuster and his firmly held personal belief in giving back to the community has given him a unique perspective and insight into how to best fight on his clients’ behalf.
