Monica Bell

Monica Bell is an associate in Snell & Wilmer’s Corporate and Securities practice group. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of corporate matters, including intellectual property and technology transactions, SEC reporting, corporate governance, and other general corporate and securities matters and transactions.

Monica frequently reviews and drafts a wide variety of licensing agreements, transfer agreements, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, governing terms and conditions, SEC filings (Proxy Statements, Form 8-K, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, etc.), and other transaction documents.
