Nathalie Hackett

Nathalie C. Hackett is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience in general and professional liability defense, as well as subrogation of high-exposure property damage claims. Known for her superior legal acumen and pragmatic approach to litigation, she has achieved numerous favorable outcomes for clients, including multiple seven-figure recoveries.

In recognition of her leadership and impact in the legal profession, Ms. Hackett was named among the Top 50 Women Leaders in Law for 2025 by Women We Admire, a professional network of accomplished female executives and leaders across the U.S. and Canada.

Since beginning her career in 2001, Ms. Hackett has served in a wide range of roles within the insurance industry, including positions focused on personal injury claims, fraud investigation, property and casualty coverage, subrogation and recovery, employee dishonesty, directors' and officers' liability, and employment liability. She also completed a rigorous underwriting training program. Her legal insight and meticulous attention to detail have made her a trusted advisor to both colleagues and clients, and her consistent delivery of results has earned her a reputation as a highly respected legal professional.

Ms. Hackett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University, a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.

She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey; the state courts of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia; and the courts of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
