Patience Sofi is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Sofi advises clients throughout every stage of the business cycle, from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to corporate governance.
While in law school, Ms. Sofi served as a member of the Honor Board, where she investigated allegations and instances of the law center's honor code violations.
