Skylar Luke is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group. Her practice focuses on matters related to the transportation and aerospace industries.
Ms. Luke earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Executive Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal. She received her B.S. from Georgetown University.
