Efe advises businesses and commercial entities on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, contract negotiation and drafting and corporate governance and compliance. She regularly advises clients throughout the transaction process, including the conduct of legal due diligence, the preparation and negotiation of term sheets, drafting of purchase agreements and related documentation.
Prior to joining the firm, Efe served as an associate in the corporate group of a Pittsburgh-based international law firm.

- Focused on M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions, with experience leading acquisitions, drafting purchase agreements, and advising clients on legal and strategic considerations.
- Supported complex securities offerings and bond issuances, conducted buy-side and sell-side diligence across industries, and prepared corporate governance and compliance materials.
- Interned at the Legal Assistance of Western New York as an Equal Justice Works Immigration Summer Legal Corps Fellow, providing legal services related to employment, public benefits, housing, and health law.
