Dawn is an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate Group, where she draws on her knowledge of general corporate practice to help clients achieve a variety of their business goals. She utilizes her practical experience to provide thoughtful and thorough work product focused on achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
Dawn earned her J.D., cum laude, with a Concentration in Transactional Skills from the University of Miami School of Law in 2024. She earned her B.A. in Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2021.
Dawn is admitted to practice in Minnesota.
