Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration Attorney Position

Berkshire Law Group seeks an experienced attorney to join our expanding estate, trust, and elder law practice. With a focus on estate planning, elder law, and long-term care planning, including Medicaid and Veteran Benefits, we provide comprehensive services aimed at offering peace of mind to our clients and their families. About the Position: 
This associate position requires a minimum of 2 years of estate planning experience, with preference given to candidates with estate and trust administration experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, design and draft estate plans, and manage a diverse caseload with the support of our experienced team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations and educate clients on estate planning options
Design and draft wills and trust-based estate plans
Complete estate tax returns and oversee legal document execution
Collaborate with clients, families, and financial professionals
Perform legal research and contribute to firm process improvement

Requirements:
Member in good standing of the Massachusetts bar (admittance to the New York bar is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a fast-paced caseload
Commitment to the firm's values and mission

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
