Position Overview:
We are looking for an Estate Planning Associate Attorney – no matter your years of experience (0-3 years’ experience) - to join our Fredericksburg office. This role offers the opportunity for newly graduated Associates and work alongside experienced attorneys, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in trust and estate law.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partner-level attorneys to provide high-quality legal services in trust and estate planning and administration.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Drafting documents and meeting with clients to sign documents
Working toward conducting client seminars and workshops
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Bar admission in Virginia.
Passion for trust and estate law.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Self-awareness, motivation, and a desire for personal growth.

MicroSoft office environment (Excel, Outlook, Word)
