Key Requirements:
Legal Education and License:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
Experience Representing Clients in Workers' Compensation Claims:
Proven experience and expertise in handling Workers' Compensation cases.
In-depth knowledge of Florida's Workers' Compensation laws and regulations.
Client Advocacy:
Commitment to advocating for the rights of injured workers and ensuring fair compensation.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Up-to-Date with Legal Developments:
Stay informed about changes in Workers' Compensation laws and ensure compliance in all legal proceedings.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail in preparing legal documents, contracts, and other case-related materials.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Ability to work collaboratively with other attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff.
Ethical Standards:
Adherence to high ethical standards and professional conduct.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based upon experience.
