At Gaudy Law, family comes first including our Staff and the Families we work with. We prioritize assisting families with Estate Planning (Living Trusts), Probate and Trust after death Administration, Probate, Estate and Trust litigation, other Misc. Probate Petitions (i.e., Spousal property petitions, Heggstads, etc.), and Conservatorship matters. About You:
Are you a seasoned attorney with substantial Estate, Probate and Trust Law Litigation experience and a proven track record of success including full Trials? We are seeking an experienced, preferably bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Attorney with 3-5 years’ litigation experience to join our team. If you value being an empathetic listener, ensuring details are handled with the utmost professionalism and care for our clients during these processes, while still fighting with tenacity to accomplish client’s goals in litigation, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of a client’s case
Oversees and manages full litigation calendar
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Design effective and winning case strategies including all aspects of discovery.
Draft and/or review documents and pleadings
Attend court hearings, conduct and defend depositions, mediations and trials, as needed.
Requirements:
Member in good standing with the California Bar
Substantial experience in Probate & Trust Administration including contested / litigated matters
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent organizational skills
3-5 years’ experience in litigation and managing a full caseload
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel. Adobe Acrobat, Billing
Familiarity with Case Management Software (“Mycase” client portal (training provided)), Calendar Management Software (Outlook), Judicial Counsel forms, etc.
Strong teamwork ethic
Humble, eager to learn and grow, with a smart and easygoing demeanor
Demonstrates kindness, empathy, and strong character in client interactions

Competitive salary starting at $100,000. Commensurate with experience
