We have an immediate opening in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or our virtual office, The Link, for a Litigation Attorney/Senior Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferred. The candidate should have experience with all stages of asbestos-, benzene-, and talc-related litigation. An active Texas bar license is required, and candidates must currently practice in Texas. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
