We have an immediate opening for an Insolvency Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience preferred. We will consider candidates for any of our offices, including our virtual office, The Link. The ideal candidate will have experience with creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, workouts, and restructurings. In addition, experience with all aspects of litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections, is strongly preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit. The position has the possibility of a reduced billable-hour requirement and a flexible schedule.
The candidate must have an excellent academic record, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which they are applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Chicago, Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. only is $125,000 to $150,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
