We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a Fiduciary Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience preferred. The candidate should have experience with fiduciary litigation, asset disputes, and contested probate and trust litigation. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with experience representing parties in contested probate administration, contested trust administration, guardianship cases, will contests (such as allegations of undue influence or competency questions during the execution of estate planning documents), and other controversies surrounding the making or administering of estate plans. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active Texas bar license.
