We have an immediate opening in our Madison office for a Labor & Employment Associate with three to seven years of experience preferred. Candidates should have experience in each of three areas important to our clients: (1) employment litigation; (2) transactional work focused on employment issues, and (3) day-to-day counseling of clients on a full range of employment law and compliance issues. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education business unit. The candidate should have an active Wisconsin bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
