Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Business Immigration Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, P, E2, NIW, consular processing, labor certifications, I-140s, and I-485s. This is a full-time position based in Hollywood, Florida.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree and membership in any state bar association
Minimum 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred
