Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic construction litigation practice has an opportunity for a Construction Labor Law Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of construction labor law and file handling experience to join our New York, NY office. The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in the office.

Skills and Educational Requirements
-JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with excellent academic credentials
-Minimum of five years of solid experience and file handling working on New York Labor Law litigation matters
-Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
-Current NY Bar admission in good standing is required
Compensation & Benefits
-Base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience
