Alex Ogundare is an Associate Attorney in RMWBH’s Community Association Law Section. Alex represents property owners associations of all types, including homeowners associations and condominium associations, throughout the legal process for the collection of delinquent assessments and deed restriction enforcement.
Prior to joining RMWBH, Alex’s career focused on real estate law where he gained a vast array of experience litigating landlord/tenant issues at the Justice of the Peace and County Court levels. Today, he uses that experience to better understand the needs of clients and best represent them in their matters.
Alex strives to provide his clients with honest, reliable and efficient service each and every time. He is passionate about ensuring their needs are met and always striving to improve his service by soliciting client feedback upon completion of a project.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was Treasurer of the Black Law Students Association and Head Student Representative for Kaplan Bar Review.
