Alexis focuses on transactional IP issues related to our clients’ financing and M&A activities.
Prior to joining Gunderson, Alexis was an associate in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she focused on the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology, as well as on the data privacy and cybersecurity aspects.
