
Alvin Adjei is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Notre Dame Law School. While in law school, he accomplished a great deal, including forming a team to compete in the National Black Law Students Association mock trial competition. He was also awarded the annual Jon Krupnick Award for excellence in the art of Trial Advocacy.
Super Lawyers recognized Alvin Adjei in 2018 and 2019 as a Rising Star, an honor awarded to the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in Personal Injury in the State of Texas. He is deeply committed to his work and his clients, representing matters involving personal injury and criminal defense. His experience includes automobile accidents, premises liability lawsuits, and commercial disputes.
Before founding Burritt Adjei PLLC in 2018, Adjei practiced at another prominent personal injury firm, where he gained substantial experience in all aspects of litigation. He also worked at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. He was later promoted to Chief of County Criminal Court 6, supervising prosecutors in trials, including DWI and assault family member cases.
