Andrew Blan is an experienced employment law attorney dedicated to fostering fair and respectful workplaces across California. Andrew graduated from McGeorge School of Law and has represented clients in various complex employment matters, including advice and counsel, as well as administrative and traditional litigation. His experience spans both public and private sectors, giving him a nuanced understanding of labor and employment challenges.
Before founding A.W. Blan Workplace Legal Services, Andrew practiced at a premier public entity law firm, providing expert counsel on all manner of employment issues, including workplace and campus investigations. He has also gained valuable experience working within a state agency and the California State Legislature, equipping him with a comprehensive perspective on the law and regulatory matters.
A passion for community involvement matches Andrew’s dedication to justice; he has served as a Wiley Manuel Bar Association board member and remains actively engaged in the Sacramento legal community. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.
