Andrew Boyer represents clients in environmental and general litigation matters. Andrew’s non-litigation experience ranges from conducting due diligence in real estate transactions to editing asset purchase agreements and disclosure schedules and orchestrating multistate surveys on federal and state regulatory reporting requirements. He also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, the Georgia State Bar’s Intrastate Moot Court Competition Committee, and Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice’s Young Professional Council.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Hon. Chief Magistrate Judge Russell G. Vineyard of the Northern District of Georgia and externed for the Hon. Senior District Judge Richard W. Story of the Northern District of Georgia. Andrew earned his J.D., summa cum laude, and induction into the Order of the Coif from Georgia State University College of Law. Before law school, Andrew was a community outreach case manager and intake officer for Douglas County Juvenile Court and was an intern for the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development. He also earned his B.A., with honors, from the University of Georgia.
